We thought that this location was ideal for a gothic shoot, so headed out at night with scary makup to do these. Was a little hard to focus sometimes ’cause all the shots are available light, but most of them worked, including those out of focus. Gives them a bit of the blair witch look.
It as also a bit interesting to do some of the shots in colour, they come out kinda freaky.
Thought I’d give this one some BW treatment with all the contrast in there. Another great day at the Villa D’Este in Autumn. Was really having fun with the Leica at this place. Great alternative to the Canon and kind of inspires a different photograph.
Got chance to check out the 1DMkIV in low light the other day, wandering back from San Babila through Duomo. Can’t believe how busy it was for late on a Sunday night. There was even a concert in the Galleria.
These shots were taken the day before our wedding. The place was a riot of colour, so they just had to be black and white photos.

Testing out the galleries and slideshows with some of my favourites. These shots were great fun to shoot, plus I got to play all the guitars and amps turned all the way up to 11. Oh and in the photo’s are missing I’m still trying to get the Flickr RSS feed to work.
